MANAGING DIRECTORS
Robin and Neyland Dale, second generation of the family took over the company in April 2021.
Robin’s involvement within the business began trading livestock with farmers, UK markets and mainland Europe. This led to him building a refrigerated transport service with a local salad grower that have become a nationally recognized supplier.
With a background in farming livestock, Neyland Dale joined as a driver in the late 1990s. He then quickly progressed into planning, which has led him into running the business day to day.
When he’s not moving pallets or washing trailers, Robin lives in the heart of Staffordshire with his three children, holds a passion for anything active and follows Liverpool FC.
Outside of his working life, Neyland has always shown an interest machinery related and enjoys exploring the Shropshire countryside with his family and collie dog.

ACCOUNTS
The accounts team is made up of three staff members.
Julie Parry the office manager joined the business in 2008 at its former site. She now heads the team striving daily to ensure all the financial aspects are 100% accurate to keep the business flowing.
Marika Warwick joined in 2017 as a Transport planner. After completing AAT level 2 Marika moved into the account department. She assists Julie with all the accounts and financial aspects of the business.
Cassie Wynn is the company accounts assistant. She joined the business in 2019 and bolsters the team with day to day Admin, which is essential to keeping the process flowing.

WORKSHOP
We have two workshop staff headed by workshop manager David Matthews. Dave joined the business in 2015 and came with a vast knowledge in motor mechanics, specialising in HGV fleet maintenance.
Dominic Collins joined in 2016 and has since qualified in HGV mechanics.
Daniel Harris joined in 2018, he comes from an experienced background in the motor mechanic industry.
The team work hard everyday to ensure the fleet are fully operational and remain maintained to the highest standards at all times.
